Position summary
We are looking for an intern to work in the Revenue Management Projects team, based at in Brussels.
Within the Revenue Management department, our Revenue Management Projects team is responsible for revenue transformation, which has a dual focus: expanding the Club across all geographies with the upcoming opening of an edition in New Delhi and Shanghai, and driving our five-year plan with new annual initiatives to achieve consistent incremental revenue.
Our team is responsible for identifying new revenue streams and implementing innovative solutions to drive revenue growth through The Club and Revenue technology.
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a trainee to support the team in the follow-up or implementation of the following projects related to our 5YP:
- Implementation of a new pricing tool: Support the team in the planning and implementation of a new group pricing tool. Including testing of the new tool's functionality, training plan and communication plan.
- Total Revenue Forecasting tool: monitoring the use of the tool by Revenue Managers, onboarding of new hotels, monitoring the accuracy of the forecast delivered by the application
- Radisson Academy: Online Revenue Management training: Participation in the development of the training courses. Writing and reviewing content.
- RSD24 Conference: Supported the team in planning the annual Revenue Strategy Days conference. Assist in the organisation of the event in Feb/Mar 2024.
- Ad-hoc data analysis: Support the activities of the revenue managers on any defined task / data analysis or related project. The focus is on data management, reporting and analysis.
Requirements and skills
We are looking for passionate people who are in or past their third year of study.
- You must be enrolled in a school program to be eligible for the internship (Traineeship Agreement required), preferably in Statistics, Economics, Business or Hospitality with good academic results.
- Strong skills in MS Excel (Formulas, Pivots), database management
- You have strong organisational, analytical skills
- You are fluent in English both written and spoken, another European language is a plus
- You have a passion for commercial topics in the hotel industry
- You are a team player and a good communicator. You can handle the ability to work remotely
